Brazilian Garlic Butter Steak made with Nurture Ranch Grass Fed Skirt Steak

Nurture Brazilian Garlic Butter Steak

Ready in 15 minutes and serves four

Ingredients

1) 1-1/2 lb. Nurture Skirt Steak, trimmed and cut into 4 pieces

2) 6 medium cloves garlic
3) Kosher salt
4) Freshly ground black pepper
5) 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
6) 7) 2 oz. (4 Tbs.) unsalted grass fed butter
1 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Directions

1) Peel the garlic cloves and smash with side of a knife. Sprinkle the garlic lightly with salt and mince it.

2) Pat the steak dry.  Season on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering hot.

3) Add steak and brown well on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer the steak to a plate and let rest while you make the garlic butter.

4) In an small skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Add the garlic and cook, swirling the pan frequently, until lightly golden, about 4 minutes.

5) Slice steak and transfer to 4 plates.

6) Spoon garlic butter over the steak, sprinkle with the parsley, and serve.
