Nurture Cantonese Oyster Beef & Noodles
Nurture Oyster Beef & Noodles
Serve in 20 minutes
1 pound Nurture Grass Fed Sirloin
8 ounces Chinese egg noodles
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil (recommend Carapelli)
2 tablespoons water
Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup of broccoli, chopped
1 medium carrot, julienned
1 cup of chives, chopped
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
Cook noodles and rinse under cold water, drain and set aside.
Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin, red wine vinegar, brown sugar and water. Set aside.
Heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until just browned. Season with sea salt and pepper. Stir in garlic and white onion. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the garlic and onions are soft.
Stir in broccoli and carrots. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add noodles and sauce mixture. Toss everything together until combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
Top with chives and sesame seeds.
