Blue Cheese Burger Made with Nurture Ranch Ground Chuck

Nurture Blue Cheese Burger

Ready in 20 minutes


1 pound Nurture Burger 85% Lean Ground Sirloin

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

2 cloves minced garlic

2 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup (about 2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese

1 egg

1 Tbsp water

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Arugula Salad leaves



1. Put Nurture Burger, mustard, garlic, onions, blue cheese, water, egg, and dash of sea salt and pepper into a large bowl.

2. Mix mix ingredients together with hands until blended together. Don’t over mix.

3. Shape into patties, about 1/2 inch thick and larger than your bun.

4. Chill until you are ready to cook.

5. Oil skillet with olive oil(recommend (Carapelli). Skillet should be hot before cooking.

6. Season patties with sea salt and pepper.

7. Cook the burgers for 4 minutes per side. Do not mash or press burgers burgers while cooking.

8. Toast bottom of buns in oven facing up to broiler after flipping hamburgers.

9. Top bottom bun with arugula, place burger patty on top of salad and bottom bun and then sprinkle blue cheese on top of burger.

10. Serve with sweet potato fries cooked in oven on cookie sheet with olive oil.
