PETA Does Dallas
PETA stated on a Dallas billboard this week that "Meat Interrupts Your Sex Life." and "Meat and dairy clog your arteries and can lead to erectile dysfunction."
We say to PETA, "Our meat can make your sex life better in 12 ways than a diet of just fruit and vegetables and we have scientific proof that refutes your claims."
We respect PETA's passion and focus to protect animals. We also respect a well rounded diet complete with fruit and vegetables.
That said, it is scientifically proven that meat is a significantly better source of protein than fruits or vegetables.
Protein is a key source of nutrition to build and repair tissues. Your body uses protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals considered key ingredients to life including your sex life.
Yes, you can use beans for protein, but they are not a complete protein and contain much less than meat can provide. Additionally, beans are not considered an aphrodisiac or something you want to consume before sex.

#1 Traceable Origin
You know exactly where our meat came from and how it was raised. You can't say that for the almost all fruit and vegetables. You really have no idea where they've been and all the unknown baggage they are carrying.
Additionally, USDA produce inspections are not as thorough as meat inspections. Per the USDA – “It would be very time consuming and labor intensive to actually handle each piece of fresh-cut produce in a sample.”
As a general rule, per the USDA, they examine a minimum of 1% of the produce lot. Compare the 1% USDA inspection of produce to 100% of all beef being inspected and it's hard to argue that fruits and vegetables provide a better Sex Life when the probability of un-inspected produce making you sick is significantly higher than that of beef.
#2 No Antibiotics
No Antibiotics in our meat. Antibiotics are regularly used in most fruit vegetables. Antibiotic use can lower the human immune system and create superbugs making people sick more frequently.
Being sick more frequently typically equates to less sex. If you have sex when you are sick, you will most likely make your partner sick, further reducing the opportunity of having a fruitful sex life.
#3 No Hormones
We never use hormones in our meat. Hormones can be passed on and change the human body composition which can cause growths like cancer and other health related issues. It is common practice to use hormones, herbicides, pesticides, and synthetic fertilizers in fruits and vegetables. Hormones in food do not typically equate to a good sex life and it could be surmised they would diminish it.
#4 Lower Fat and Calories
Our meat is lower in fat and calories than regular beef and the fat in 100% grass fed beef actually has properties that can reduce fat and cholesterol and improve overall health, see CLAs and Omega 3s below. Sure fruit and vegetables have similar claims, but few if any actually reduce cholesterol and fat which is commonly found in people with all kinds of diets. PETA's claim that meat clogs the arteries and can lead to erectile dysfunction doesn’t stand up to our meat.
#5 Rich in Vitamin A
Our meat is a good source of Vitamin A which supports healthy vision, bones, cells, immunity, skin, hair, nails and reproduction. Yes you can find Vitamin A in fruits and vegetables, but given all the negatives fruit and vegetables can contribute to a sex life already mentioned and the others below, you can always just get you A from our meat.
#6 Vitamin B1 & B2
The Vitamin B1 & B2 in our meat supports a healthier cardiovascular system, nerve, blood, energy, metabolism, cell, eye and skin development and function all important for a better sex life. Who needs apples and cucumbers when you’ve got our meat?
#7 Vitamin E
Our 100% grass fed meat is rich in Vitamin E which balances cholesterol, slows free radical cells, inflammation and improves skin, hair, hormonal balance, vision, physical endurance, strength and PMS symptoms. Only a few fruits and vegetables have significant levels of E. Many of the ones that do have it, like Almonds, Avocados, Sunflower Seed, Palm Oil and Butternut Squash have their own dietary issues that CLAs and Omega 3 in our meat can improve.
#8 Richer in Minerals
The Calcium, Magnesium & Potassium in our beef supports better cardiovascular health and is significantly better than the mineral deficiencies in hybrid fruit and vegetable species, which make up the majority of the food supply. Hybrid fruit and vegetable species have significantly fewer minerals and more carbs than wild plants. This imbalance makes the body pull minerals away from itself, thus changing the composition which could makes less healthy and receptive or interested in sex.
#9 Significant CLA
100% Grass Fed beef has high levels of CLA in the fat found in the meat. CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) has been proven in studies to improves artery health, asthma, high blood pressure, cholesterol, osteoporosis, inflammation and reduces belly fat and cancer tumors in mammals. You can’t get it from fruit and vegetables, but you can from our meat.
#10 Significant Omega 3
Omega 3 which is typically found in 100% grass fed beef and fish, is a polyunsaturated fat. It has been shown to help prevent heart disease and stroke, may help control lupus, eczema, and rheumatoid arthritis, and play preventative roles in cancer and other conditions.
Only a handful of nuts and seeds can deliver Omega 3 and no other fruit or vegetables come close. If you want to get a sizeable dose on a regular basis that can make you healthier and lead to a more pleasing sex life, drop the nuts and use our meat.
#11 Healthier Environment
We raise our cattle free range in wide open spaces, rotating them on fields eating naturally from the tops of our grasses and allowing them to naturally contributing to the regeneration of the ecosystem. Most fruits and vegetables are grown repetitively in concentrated spaces using a variety of hybrid seeds and chemicals that create an unnatural environment and ecosystem. These practices are not very sexy and or good for the environment which we assume could have a negative effect on your sex life.
#12 Indy Ranchers
We support independent ranchers who follow our standards to naturally raise our 100% Grass Fed Beef with the necessary added manual labor to treat our cattle humanely. We are improving our food supply by keeping the best food nurturers, who follow the most natural and healthy practices, employed and in the agriculture labor pool.
We haven't asked our ranchers, but we assume, given they eat our Grass Fed Beef regularly, exercise excessively during their labor intensive work days and generally have a positive outlook on life because they are providing for their family and the families who consume the proteins of their labors, that they are satisfied with their lives including their sex lives.
We respect PETA's right to voice their opinion and their focus on protecting animals. We also believe a well rounded diet that includes meat, fruits and vegetables is important to maintain good health.
Scientific reports clearly show that the nutritional qualities found in meat do not interrupt your sex life and can actually enhance it.
