Nurture Italian Beef Sandwich

Slow cooker, Serves 4-8

Ingredients

1) 2 lbs Nurture Ranch grass fed roast beef

2) 1 (10 1/4 ounce) cans beef consomme (Broth)

3) 1/3 cup olive oil (recommend Carapelli Organic from Italy)

4) 1 cup of water

5) Italian Seasoning - 2 TBS each Basil, Oregano and Garlic Powder

6) Pepperoncini peppers (1/3 jar)

7) Giardiniera peppers (1/2 jar)

8) 1 loaf long thin French bread

Directions

1. Cook first 7 ingredients in a Crockpot on LOW for 10 hours.

2. Cut bread into 6 inch lengths and slice on the side keeping it hinged on one side

3. Pull roast apart with a fork and tongs and place in hinged bread

4. Salt to taste.

OPEN WIDE and enjoy the most wonderful taste sensation.

May be frozen when cooked.
