Nurture Ranch, LLC shall not be responsible or liable under any circumstances for any illness or health problem that may result from the consumption of foods or recipes distributed by the company.  

Consuming undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of food borne illness.



Pricing Policy

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information.  If a mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.  All prices listed on the site are in U.S. dollars. All weights are approximate and can vary by 10%



Nurture Ranch currently accepts payment via STRIPE credit card processing. Payment for products ordered will be processed at the time of placing such order.  You agree to pay promptly all charges to your account which includes items purchased and applicable taxes for any order placed by you.  For your order to be accepted, your method of payment shall be validated and must have enough available funds required for the transaction.  Upon approval the orders will be accepted for preparation and delivery and/or pick up.

Nurture Ranch does not maintain credit card information on our website or via email.


If you have a life-threatening allergy please refrain from ordering any Nurture Ranch product or following any Nurture Ranch recipe.

Nurture Ranch products and items listed on its recipes could be produced in a facility that also handles other food products you might have an allergy with.

Cancellations & Refunds

We cannot accommodate any cancellations or order change requests after your product is in transit for delivery or has been delivered.  Any refusal of deliveries after products leave Nurture Ranch storage will be at your sole risk and expense and you will be billed in full.

You can send a written request to customerservice@nurtureranch.com to modify or change your order if it has not already been shipped.

Delivery and Pick Up Policy

Nurture Ranch delivers to customers in the North Texas region.  Our products are fresh-frozen, but are perishable and require refrigeration no later than the night of receipt.

Please note our delivery driver will leave your package at your door if you are not home.  Nurture Ranch may not be held liable for food that is stolen, lost, or not arriving on time. 

Nurture Ranch assumes no liability for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Changes to This Agreement and Waivers

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nurture Ranch. Neither party shall be bound by any conditions, definitions, warranties or representations with respect to any other terms or conditions except as expressly provided in these written Terms.

We may occasionally change these Terms, and any such modifications will become effective once they are posted to the site.  Each time you place an order, you affirm your acceptance of the then-current Terms.  It is your sole responsibility to check the Nurture Ranch site from time to time to view any such changes to the Terms.

Your continued use of the site and our services after any modifications to the Terms will indicated that you accept and agree to the modified Terms.  These modifications will be effective immediately for new users of our site, products and/or services and for all meals purchased after the effective date of the modification.  Any change or waiver of Nurture Ranch’s rights here under shall not be valid or effective unless in a written agreement bearing the physical signature of an officer of Nurture Ranch.  No purported waiver or modification of this Agreement by Nurture Ranch via telephonic or email communication shall be valid.
